Aman Sahibzada

Aman Sahibzada is a young focused individual who has emerged and made his mark as one of the leading HR professionals in Pakistan, in a relatively short time. He has over 15 years of experience in HR and has held various senior level positions in leading Multi-National Companies. He is currently the Cluster Reward Lead for Emerging Markets East at GlaxoSmithKline, a company which he has been with for the past 7 years.

Prior to this role at GSK, he was working as a reward consultant for Asia and Middle East / Africa regions. He started his career with ABN Amro Bank within the compensation and benefits space in 2004 and over time he has held different HR positions contributing to esteemed organizations such as UBL, Faysal Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland. Aman is someone who believes very strongly in the role of HR, specifically rewards. His diverse experience coupled with his passion gives him the grasp to build knowledge and awareness around relevant reward concepts and practices as well as their strategic utilization.

Arshia Ahmad Saqib

HR generalist with 20 years on experience in diverse industries (FMCG, Automotive Engineering, Telecom, Hospitality and Financial Institution). Worked and led various strategic initiative related to Compensation Framework, People And Culture Employee Relations, Talent Management, Diversity, Strategy and Structure, HR Policy, Engagement and Capability Development. Advised leadership teams in creating a diverse and attractive employee environment by promoting a common understanding and commitment.

Arshia is a specialist in Organizational Development, Redesign, Change and Transformation, HR Business Partnering, Leadership and Cultural Development, Performance Management, Executive Assessment and Staffing that builds in class management and employee organizations. Talent Acquisition Concepts and Process, HR Risk and Compliance, Capability and Competency Framework, Performance Management, Leadership and Coaching.

Mr. Kanwer A. Saeed

CEO & AMP; FOUNDER ASCEND CONSULTING, FOUNDER, THE JAULIAN PROJECT.

Kanwer is the founder and CEO of Ascend Consulting and founded The Jaulian Project. He has worked with PSHRM for eight years and initiated some of our larger projects, such as our “Boot Camp”. These programs were committed to designing challenges for the HR community members to help them with self-awareness and self-management techniques.

He is a fellow at the Academy for Systems Change, USA, and is serving as an Affiliate Advisor at Aberkyn. Additionally, Kanwer has been heading people management functions for Engro Foods, Engro Fertilizer and worked in the capacity of Talent Director, Asian Geography Unilever Plc (Singapore). His recent focus is on launching digital platforms in a post COVID world to facilitate Human Resource functions.

Ms. Zainab Khan

LEAD CONSULTANT SEIDO HUMAN RESOURCES

For over twenty years Zainab has been deeply committed to developing the HR community and has been a member and Chapter Lead for the Pakistan Society of HR Management (PSHRM). She is also part of LUMS HR Forum, Lahore HR Forum, Human Resource Development Network (HRDN) and the Human Resource Development Center (HRDC). She uses a customized approach for human development, including talent and personality assessments (including Hogan® and Lumina®), executive coaching, and leadership development programs. She has worked with several different companies including KSB pumps, Tetra Pak, and ICI. Currently she is the Lead consultant of her Lahore based boutique consulting company Seido Human Resources.

Iman Masud Omer

A clear thinker with a knack for rapidly analyzing situations, identifying opportunities and working with diverse groups to develop innovative and targeted solutions, Iman M Omar is an internationally Certified Senior HR Professional (SPHR, HRCI (USA); SHRM-SCP (USA); CHRP, HRPA (Canada)). She has more than 8 years of international experience as an HR and Organizational Development specialist. Her areas of expertise include Organizational Development Interventions and design and implementation of HR systems and processes.Iman takes a keen interest in appreciative inquiry, authentic leadership and the practice of mindfulness.
